What we collect
The enquiry form collects the name, phone number, job type, location and job details you enter. Some forms also ask for timing, property information and optional email or address details. Please leave out payment details, identity documents, passwords and unrelated sensitive information.
We retain the exact disclosure shown when you submit, its version and the receipt time. We also record the page, landing page, referring website, campaign tags and basic browser information. A salted hash of the IP address helps detect spam and repeated submissions. Hosting providers may process the IP address in their security systems.
What happens to your request
We collect enquiries to review local demand and contact you manually about your request. No contractor is currently assigned. Submitting does not book work, guarantee a response or authorise marketing messages.
Your details are not sent to a contractor without your further agreement. If a contractor becomes available, we would explain the proposed recipient and ask for the appropriate agreement before sharing. We do not sell enquiries to marketing lists.
Systems and website analytics
Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals to help prevent automated spam. It does not read the job details entered in the form. Requests that cannot be verified may be held for manual review. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cloudflare hosts the website and enquiry system. Operator email alerts contain the details needed to review a request. These services may process information outside your country.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure visits and use of the website. Cloudflare also provides website analytics and security services. Where a map is displayed, loading it may send technical information to Google. Job details are not included in analytics events or sent to a map.
Session storage holds the landing page and campaign information while the tab is open. Your browser may also store information used by the analytics services. You can change your browser’s cookie and storage settings.
How long we keep enquiries
Personal details are removed after 12 calendar months from receipt. Non-identifying enquiry records, including the date, site, job type and status, are retained for demand reporting. You can ask for earlier deletion by emailing the address above.
Access, correction and concerns
Email [email protected] to ask about an enquiry, correct your details, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. We may ask for enough information to identify your request safely.
Changes
We may update this notice as the enquiry service changes. The date above shows its latest revision.
